|Credit / debit cards
Payment transactions with credit / debit cards are made through a secure payment gateway (Servired).
At the time of making payment, you access directly to the payment gateway of the entity, the requested data is transferred directly Servired. Neither we nor anyone else have access to this platform, so it is 100% secure. This payment system has no commission to the client.
Paypal is the safest and fastest online payment method.
When making payment, Paypal charges on the card or Paypal account the amount specified and send us instant confirmation of payment, the payment is made through Paypal's website, not ours.
This service has no commission to the client.
By bank transfer
If you choose this method of payment, before confirming the order, our system will supply you the necessary bank details to proceed with the transfer.
At the same time, during the order confirmation, our system will provide you a reference number for your order to be indicated in the wire transfer document.
We kindly ask you to select the option of sending us directly an email with the payment confirmation when doing your bank transfer, so that we can speed up the process and send you the purchased products immediately.

|SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES|
|Before you confirm your purchase our system will show the shipping cost before confirming the order.
We are currently shipping worldwide, please check the info given before you confirm the order to choose the option that suits you better, in terms of shipping cost and delivery times, as they vary from one country to other.
Shipments to Europe (EU) and other countries out of EU.
You can choose between Express courier (Halcourier) or standard post, our system will show you the shipping cost and delivery time before confirming the order.
Usual delivery time for Europe (EU countries) is:
- With Halcourier: 3 to 4 days.
- With Post Office: 5 to 7 working days.
* Free shipping over 70 € purchase for Europe (EU).
And for the other countries out of EU:
- With Halcourier 4 to 5 working days.
- With Post Office from 10 to 15 working days.
* Free shipping over 70 € purchase by Post for countries outside Europe.
- Delivery time for all options includes 1 day of preparation of the order.
- If the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, will begin to run on the next business day to calculate the date of delivery.
* For shipments outside the EU, any customs fees will be charged to the customer.
Shipments to Spain
In the peninsula, the cost is € 4'90 and shipping is done with Halcourier.
Delivery time is 3/4 working days.
We will deliver the package to the address you have indicated and if you're not home, will try again two more times with no extra cost.
You can also track your shipment directly to the website of Halcourier.
*Free shipping over 49 € purchase for Spain (peninsula only).
For shipments to the Canaries, Balearics and Andorra, before confirming the order, you can choose to send via Post or through Halcourier, our system will show the costs of the two options before definitely confirming the order:
The delivery time is 3/4 working days with Halcourier and around 4 days with Post Office.
* For shipments to the Canary Islands, any customs fees will be charged to the customer.
|RETURNS AND REFUNDS|
|lötiekids guarantees that all products delivered to our customers have been 100% checked one by one in order to totally satisfy the quality expectations of our customers, so you can be sure that your product has been carefully checked by us before being delivered to you and that it is free from any fabric or workmanship defect.
We have also tried to be as realistic as possible with colours and prints of our products on the web, but please understand that the colour of garment can slightly change from what is shown on the web, as cotton fabric colours cannot be 100% matched on a screen.
If still you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any reason you can return it within 7 working days from receipt of order by contacting us. (Art.44 Law 7/1996 of 15 January of Retail Management amended by Law 47/2002 of 10 December).
Before you return, you must contact us by sending an email to email@example.com or through the "Contact Us” on our website, explaining the reason for return.
To Make a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect (size, fit, colour…etc), we will be pleased to change it for other that suits you better; other colour, size or style, but you will be responsible for product return shipping charges.
To accept exchanges or returns, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, retaining the original labels.
Any item that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
If Your Order is Defective
If your order have been shipped wrongly, contains a different style, colour or size from purchased, we will replace it with no extra cost for you on returning and new delivery. Please contact us and explain us the difference form ordered to received by you.
If, even if all products are 100% checked one by one, you find some defect on the shipped garments, please contact us explaining clearly the problem found and if it is considered as a defective garment, we will surely replace it by other in good conditions of same style, colour and size. In that case, the return and new delivery cost will be our responsibility.
If you request a refund
If the order is defective for any of above reasons and you do not want a replacement but just refunding or your payment, we will credit back the value of your items purchased as soon as we receive your item and process your return.
